- GitHub reported that a newly released dependency was incompatible with the runtime of its AI code review agent. Many review jobs kept running until they timed out instead of stopping promptly.
- Impact
- About 36,800 review requests did not complete during a period of 1 hour 25 minutes (reported).

- Pin and test dependencies before release. Alert when review jobs run past a short completion deadline.
